Worst nail experience ever. Left cuts did a horrible nail job . Wouldn't even go back and have them fixed for free due to it being such a terrible place. The owner did them. She cut me in several places and even though I showed her multiple times on her own book, what an almond shape was, she was unable to understand and give me the correct shape Until the very end, I had to be very stern with her and she kind of made them how I wanted them, but they were still lumpy and terribly done. Pictures are attached. I would not advise anybody to go here.used to be a good place to go with prior owners however now, I will never consider or suggest a soul to go there

Just started getting my nails done in Feb 2025. Leo has done them and taken very good care of me! By the 4th set we were able to do my own real nails!! Nancy does fantastic work with my girls also! I have even had a pedi and had a fake nail made for my big toes! Definitely will continue going!

Ive tried this place 2 times now and both times ive gone they'll sit me down and start on my nails and then people will come in behind me so they'll sit them in chairs and stop what theyre doing on me and start on them and come back to me, do a little and bounce around the entire shop working on 5 or 6 people while working on me. I can tell it's because they dont have enough people to help with amount of clients they have coming in but by doing this theyre losing the clients they have. Me and two other people were talking today about how we wouldnt be coming back. So thats 4 people they've lost just this Sunday because my daughter and I had been going the past two times we needed our nails done. My sister and I randomly picked here for our nails today. We wanted to come to Beckley for 7Brew lol. I’m not sure who I had but she did a great job on my nails. Exactly what I asked and the thickness of the nail is perfect! Would definitely come here again! Danielle-I’m on my son’s Gmail lol.

My toenails aren't even cut straight. The polish is messy and on my skin. The acrylic on my nails is over my cuticles. My previous blue polish wasn't completely removed and shows. The nails are very thick. My friend also has polish all around her toenails. Looks like we did them ourselves.
