THIS HURT enough to draw tears. They didn't understand when I told them that I got cut. No alcohol or pressure applied to cut. They also laugh at you when you can't understand what they're saying- pretty rude. Mocking someone wincing in pain is universal in every language. They may be trying to create a fun atmosphere with lively conversation with each other, but maybe try paying attention to your customer when you have something sharp in your hand. Ragged cuts on pedicure. Tried them out once. Gave them a chance. Never coming back. Do not recommend.

Saw all the great reviews and took a leap of faith for my wedding nails. Was honestly disappointed. I recently moved into the neighborhood so I was looking for a new salon that was close by. While the nail tech did a great job with the ombré color, the application of the gel X extension nails were a nightmare. She didn’t actually trim my cuticles or clean up the edges before applying them so there was already a noticeable gap between where the extension started and where my cuticles were…see photos. And there were like two nails that weren’t sized correctly leaving an obvious gap. Looks alright from a distance but pretty janky up close. And this cost $95 before tip! *CRIES*
