Worst. Haircut. Everrrrr!! The lady that blowout hair on the right side is a haterrr!! I had long black beautiful hair I told her to give me layers they were very disconnected and she cut it superrrrr short and everytime I come in her face alone shows jealously I should’ve never let her cut my hair it took 3 years to grow & my hair never takes that long to grow! The manager does hair ok everyone here down to the lady washing hair has an attitude problem!! I never went back. If you love your hair & want your hair to be cared for this is not the place for you !!!!

Worst haircut of my life. I showed clear photo references, and the salon manager completely butchered my hair. She had no idea what she was doing and went ahead anyway, leaving me with a disaster I now have to fix. I told her how disappointed I was with my haircut, and expressed that, “I don’t even feel like coming back,” and her cold response was, “So be it.” No apology, no concern — just rude indifference. My sister came here for her birthday they were treating her SOOO baddd and giving her so much attitude, this is not kid friendly also the lady slapped my nephews hand and was being so disrespectful please don’t come here and they over price

I’m experiencing my hair falling out after coming from the salon. I went there a week ago to get a wash and blow out for my birthday, a few days later I started to experience bad hair breakage so today I went to wet my hair and rub my hands through my hair and clumps of my hair came out.
