Glo Tanning

I just signed up with Glo Tanning and went for the first time yesterday — and it was such a great experience! Everyone there was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I didn’t have to wait at all for a bed, which was a huge plus. I treated myself to a massage, a UV tanning bed session, and a spray tan — and everything was seamless. They also offer a red light therapy bed and a sauna, which makes it feel more like a full wellness experience than just a tanning salon. One of my favorite touches? They let you borrow a robe so you don’t have to keep getting dressed and undressed between services. Such a small detail, but it makes everything so much more relaxing and convenient. Overall, I’m really impressed and can’t wait to go back!

The best tanning experience ever! The salon is gorgeous and very clean and the staff is amazing! I have seen how busy it can get in there and the staff handles it well and keeps things moving along.

FALSE ADVERTISING Front desk girls were very kind, this was not their fault. However, the website says get a free spray tan (try before you buy). After driving all the way over there, turns out you have to sign up for their monthly membership FIRST. I went back and forth with one of the girls at the front desk trying to understand if I would be charged or not. One said I wouldn’t be. Then when they got my credit card information they said the charge would come out the first of the month? Very confused, very misled. Ended up just walking out- waste of my time

Consistent false advertising, horrible customer service, bad products. DO NOT GO HERE! They WILL scam you and make the process to do something about it incredibly hard and long (not to mention inconsistent info regarding horrible customer service and employees, products and returns. Still waiting on glo to actually do something about my claims 2 weeks later.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! They practically force you to buy 200.00 worth of tanning products to open a membership. They did this to my 18 year old who has sensitive skin and doesn’t use lotions. 5 minutes after she bought it- after talking to me and me reaching out to their online chat who advised she did NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE THE LOTIONS- she went back to the associate and said she wanted to return due to this not being accurate. The sales associate said she could not return until she tried the lotions and if it gave her an allergic reaction, she could then return. Sure enough, she used the product/ had a reaction. We contacted Their customer service and even provided pictures of the reaction and they said all sales are final and you cannot return. This is unacceptable, false advertisi
