Im leaving this review about ear piercings only.. got my 3yr old daughters ears pierced here she didnt use any type of gold, silver or sensitive anything it was fake earrings. After about 2wks her ears started getting infected went a full week trying different cleaners and nothing helped, my babies ears were so infected. She wanted them pierced so badly and didnt wanna take them out so I finally went today and bought real gold earrings and changed them thankfully without problems but once i took them out u can see they were just metal bc the earrings were turning brown inside her ear u couldnt see till they came out. DO NOT GET PIERCINGS DONE HERE! Can't believe theyd be piercing ears knowing their cheap!

My daughter had an 11am appointment booked for a weave for her homecoming dance. We got there at 10:45am and met another client in the chair getting the same service. Marlo didn't start my daughter's hair until almost 1pm eventhough she had an 11am appointment. Midway through her braid down she stopped my daughter and placed another client in the chair. I expressed to her that my daughter had somewhere to be at 4pm and needed to be out the salon by 3pm to get home and quickly get dressed. She guaranteed me that she would be done in time. After starting almost 2 hours late, taking another client, stopping to cash, stopping to answer calls, dealing with walk in inquiries and chatting with the student stylists in the salon, my daughter's hair was done at 4pm after being their from 10:45am wit

Scheduled a sew in for my sisters wedding this Saturday and I have to say 10/10. From customer service, to the quality and time efficiency. Marlo did EXACTLY what I asked her to do and my sister was so happy with the results. I will be returning again soon, thank you again!!

Marlo gave me the best hair cut I ever had! Not only is she talented, when it comes to customer service at a salon, she is awesome. I was there 3 hours and I seen her handle 5 clients,Several phone calls and walk-ins all with the same service and time on a Saturday. Her and her staff is very accommodating and friendly . Every single client that walked out was 5 star service. Of course there will be a wait, but it's worth it. I got a relaxer, cut /style, added hair (quality hair provided)and a rinse.

She’s good at what she does but poor customer care. She’ll be on her phone & let u sit and wait for her . Go there when u have enough time.
