Glory African Hair Braiding

I have been coming to this braiding shop since last year and they do excellent work. They provide great customer service and treat you like family. Ms. Esther always takes great care of me. She respects all of her clients and everyone who comes to the shop always leave satisfied. I highly recommend this place for hair braiding and I will always come here for my needs.

The wonderful ladies are awesome. I made my appointment at 1. I'm walking out at 4pm! WOW. I got medium twist braids. They look great! They are great! I strongly recommend this braid shop. The ladies are friendly and professional.

I have been coming to this braid shop for YEARS. As in over 7 years & it just hit me that I never left a review ! So shameful of me ! I have gotten NUMEROUS braid and twist styles from the lovely ladies in this shop from kinky twist , regular twist ,box braids, knotless braids, knotless boho , braids done in an up pony tail style, all various lengths, you name it . The price is always fair and the work is always done professionally. I also NEVER lost any of my edges ! Esther is my favorite because she will always make sure you are okay with your parts being straight, and in favor of the style being done before it is completely done . Love this place. My entire family has been going here for years. Work is done well and thoughtfully. Started when my daughter was young, they were the only place that do not braid too tight and they last. Now she is a teen and still loving their styles!

Easy braid style I thought. I requested the photo shown of the girl with the cake’s hair. The owner looked at the photo throughout. I am a full grown woman who was the client. She must have me confused with a parent of a child whose hair she also poorly braided. I told her this is not what I asked for. It’s Nothing like the photo, I was told with a straight face my hair is thick and not permed so it won’t look like the photo. The braids aren’t even close to the photo. This was absolutely deliberate or just not up to the task and should have said she wasn’t capable. I asked that she redo my hair in the morning after she insisted it was my hair that caused her to braid these huge braids and start the cornrows at the top of my head rather than the front. She declined. I can’t make her redo i
