Gloss Nail Bar

I love coming to Gloss Nail Bar! The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and kind. They do such a great job with giving you exactly what you asked for. I have come four times and each time I have gotten exactly what I asked for. The artwork is also amazing! My friend got detailed artwork that came out excellent! Our nail techs were Thomas and Ouyen. :)

Andy took care of me today and let me just say WOW! As an army brat I have been to a LOT of nail salons. This one went above and beyond in customer service and attention to detail. Andy did an amazing job, and they had a whole cocktail menu. And let me just say the drinks were amazing! He delivered on exactly what I wanted!! 10/10 experience!!

These are my natural nails, and I’ve been coming to this nail bar for months. I get a simple builder-gel overlay on my own nails, no extensions, no complicated art, and my visits have always been straightforward. But my most recent appointment, today, was by far the most disappointing and misleading experience I’ve had here. Before starting, the tech quoted me $60 for a builder-gel overlay and $5 for builder gel removal plus design. That was the agreed-upon price at the table ahead of the service. However, when I went to check out, the total suddenly jumped to $96. Here is what I was unexpectedly charged for: • $5 — Gel removal (even though it was THEIR builder gel from my biweekly visits, and removal is part of the service) • $5 — Nail shape (my nails were already almond-shaped; the s

My first time here. Let me tell you from checking in to getting my service everyone was so nice and attentive. Leon did my honey and milk pedicure and he was so nice and did a great job he made sure I was satisfied with the polish and he took his time.

Lynn provided exceptional service during my initial experience with cat-eye nails. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome today. I highly recommend her, as she demonstrated efficiency, precision, and a gentle approach with my nails, I also loved the complimentary 🍸 🍹 🍸
