Gloss Nail & Beauty Bar

It was my first and most likely my last experience here yesterday. I booked an appointment for just a standard SNS polish, no extra specialty up charge services. The appointment took about 3 hours to finish, for a soak off and SNS manicure. My friend was done with her pedicure, manicure and wax before me and I had arrived earlier than her. I was surprised because typically any nail appointment for this takes no longer than an hour-hour and a half. I’m patient but for that to be the case and have the end result not be ideal is when I got upset. When I came in I had my pointer finger and middle finger nails that broke after 5-6 weeks of SNS from another salon and needed tips for the length. Everything was going well and I liked the length of my nails until the length was completely filed off

Had my first appointment at Gloss yesterday. The person at the front desk (whom I'm assuming is the owner) was very kind and helpful. I had a pedicure and manicure with Gel-X at her suggestion. Very happy with the experience and results. Will definitely be back!

I love this nail salon. The aesthetic of the salon is so cute and classy. The nail techs really take their time, they don’t rush you and they are so skilled. You can really tell they care! My go to girls are Lisa for my manicures and Stefany for my pedicures. The girl at the front desk is really nice too! I enjoy going here.

Definitely would recommend anyone to get their nails done here! They were able to get four of us girls with a 10 minute heads up. Great customer service. We got a wide range of services and they all looked great!

Very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the salon looked tired and dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. In 2026 they don’t use covers for feet soaking. The front desk person was not friendly or welcoming. The nail polish stand and bottles also looked dirty. For $55+tax and 1.5 hours, the manicure and pedicure are just a quick clean with brush and polish, with almost no work on cuticles or nail shaping. I could do the same exact thing at home for 15 minutes. Overall, not worth the time and money
