I had 2 gel manicures there. The first one was good. But the second one was well below expectations. The polish was done very badly - uneven, too close to the cuticle and skin and had to be removed mechanically with nail file and cutter. There was fluff on the nails often and the technician didn’t remove it until I asked to do so. Some of it fell of only an hour after the manicure. The polish wasn’t even cleaned properly after applying the gloss layer. Very disappointed.

Claudia did a wonderful job on my gel extensions! She was gentle on my paper-thin nails and her attention to detail was excellent. I really appreciated her spending extra time on my nails to ensure they looked their best! The location was clean and everyone working was super nice and welcoming. You could tell the employees like their job which created a nice, positive atmosphere. I definitely recommend this location and plan on coming back! I will be looking into their subscription options as I intend to regularly have my nails done here from now on. I think my only request would be to have some more color options for the gel. For the quality of service I received, I think the price was very fair (~$100 for gel extensions, not including the auto gratuity of 20%). With that, I am very ha

First trip here and awful awful manicure. Super sloppy. They automatically charge you 20% gratuity which is fine if the manicurist actually knew what she was doing. But 70 for a manicure here is absurd! There are so many better and cheaper options in this neighborhood, save your money and go somewhere else.

I got a gel mani here today and am extremely unsatisfied with the way they came out. The more you look, the worse they look! The paint job was poorly done and my nails are bumpy! I tried to voice my concerns but, the tech blamed it on the last gel I had leaving old gel residue underneath. I’ve never had a problem from a nail salon with removing previous polish. I was super excited to get them done especially with the price I paid. Super disappointed

Claudia was great at taking care of my nails. She was super thorough and careful when prepping, hydrating, and cleaning my nails and hands, and she also took special care to ask about my preferences regarding my cuticles and nail polish coats. She was also very careful in making sure the nail polish sat perfectly without any imperfections or overlap on my skin. I would highly recommend her for any future customers!
