Glossy nails

Poor customer service experience. The guy with the blonde hair was doing my nails. He stops in the middle of doing my nails and go outside to smoke and get on his phone. I have severe allergies and I am very sensitive around smoking. He comes back in and does not wash his hands from the cigarette and starts back on my nails. My nose smells the smoke on him and I immediately start coughing and trying to catch my breath. I run outside to get some clean air and continue coughing. I have to leave immediately with my nails not completely done due to my coughing and breathing. A terrible experience to see someone stop and take a break to smoke while he is with a client. So unprofessional.

My third time coming here was a nightmare! Right when I choose to bring my two daughters with me. This is what $400 looks like two days later….supposed to be gel polish.

The best Nail spa EVER. Pays close attention to detail, always on point with excellent customer service. Owner Richy and nail tech/pedicure Diva Diana, makes you feel right at home and super special. I will follow them to the moon and back.

Very nice atmosphere but however the floor needed some attention, wipe down, and needed to be sweeped. My nails are on point. My pedicure tech did a great job but however she made my toe bleed but I'm satisfied!!!

Great service. Been coming for over 10 years. Richie is awesome and his wife is too! Diana is amazing! They others a good! Very nice place. Great customer service 💙💙💙
