Glossy Nails

Worse nail shop I have been to. Came in for a simple overlay with clear polish. Hours later started to get these bumps on the nails. Thought it was the polish so I removed the clear so I wouldn't have to go back. It was actually air bubbles in the acrylic. I REFUSE to go back to even let them touch my nails again. Filed as much as I could to get the bubbles out and put my own clear on them. Too pissed to go back in. My daughter who got her nails done with me experienced the same.

Glossy Nails is the best nail shop I have been to in a long time; I have been getting my nails done their for the past 9 years & I will not go anywhere else but here!! I live in Olive Branch, MS & I take the 20 min drive from my house to Horn Lake, MS any time I need my nails done, pedicure and/or eyebrows waxed!! All of the employees here are always super nice, they're extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing, & the prices are very reasonable!! I just recently went there, less than 2 weeks ago, & got a full set & eyebrows waxed, costing $37 for both & was in and out within 1 HOUR!! Mrs. Lee is my nail Tech any & every time, she always does a fantastic job!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND glossy nails for any & all of your beautifying needs, they are absolutely fantastic!! 💯%🥰💅

I just got a basic manicure and a pedicure. I have been here many times and never had an issue. I normally don’t leave messages but when I spend over 100$ and include a tip. I don’t expect my nails to chip on the third day!! The atmosphere was nice and I had great customer service but this is unacceptable!!

Tyler #7 booth is awesome he is very nice and gets the job done fast. My client and I love coming here . We recommend anyone trying to get there nails done . He is great also with people that has had strokes and other medical issues. Try tyler #7 you can't go wrong beautiful nails.

I won't give a bad rating because I understand that accidents do happen, but during my last visit at this spot, the tech got "carried away" with the callus remover, and took a chuck of my skin with it. The would was so deep, I was bleeding profusely. It was almost like she was scaling fish.This review is really just a reminder to all nail techs that there are some customers with certain health conditions that simply cannot afford for this kind of mistake to happen. For the record, the lead tech initially tried to place the blame on me, as if I started kicking amidst the process. But I would like to clarify and say that that did NOT happen.
