She is an absolute gem! She explained every step of the way—what to expect, how it may feel, and made sure I was okay. I truly appreciate her for that, as it made the processes a complete breeze. Marissa made my first session with them painless and comfortable. I haven’t had waxed in a longtime so trying it again was kinda scary. But Marissa made sure everything goes smoothly for me.
