“I had a wonderful facial today and can’t say enough good things about the esthetician. Jade T. was extremely kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to explain each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her touch was incredibly gentle, and my skin feels amazing afterward.

I did the hydrafacial and it was amazing! Lainie was my esthetician and she was great about saying what she was doing to my face. She also recommended some great products for me that align with my work.

i have a wonderful experience each time im in and i cannot recommend Anna and Glow enough. after just one session of laser i was FLOORED by the results. i will never go anywhere else for laser and will be recommending everyone i know to come here for services. thank you so so much, yall are amazing.

Jade was absolutely amazing — hands down the most painless Brazilian I’ve ever had! She made the whole experience so comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back to her!

I scheduled a massage and facial at Glow Med Spa in Midlothian as a birthday treat to myself. My appointment was set for noon, and I arrived 15 minutes early to allow time for completing paperwork. After checking in and finishing the forms, I waited for approximately 10–15 minutes before asking the front desk about my service. The receptionist then informed me that the provider scheduled for my massage had not come in to work. I was surprised and disappointed to learn this only after inquiring myself. Had I not asked, I may have continued waiting without any communication. It was very disappointing that I was not notified in advance of the cancellation, especially after taking the time to drive to the location for what was meant to be a special birthday experience.
