Glowbal Essence salon

Booked an appt as a first time client and I purposely booked on a Thursday where the owner Kima would do my hair as it says on her booking site she doesn’t work M-W. But my confirmation email clearly said she was my stylist. Close to arrival I got a text saying the stylist is running 15 minutes late. I go in and place smells like trees. Stylist walks in and clearly isn’t the owner and I said I thought Kima was my stylist and she said Kima doesn’t work on Thursdays…very misleading but I was already there so I proceeded. As the stylist was doing my hair, I asked a few questions and she didn’t have an answer for anything. Also, it was as if I was making conversation with myself. No offer of water or anything considering the amount I paid. My cut came out nice but customer service is not it. I

Worst customer service ever. Made an appointment at 2pm, two weeks in advance. The week of my appointment, I let her know the event I had was for 6pm that day. Anyway, the day of the appointment, The stylist said she overbooked and to come back two hours later. I didn’t want to cause issues so I left and came back at 4pm. Then when I came back, she said the fine print on her page said no one is allowed to book her for the day of “your event”. Checked the website, that wasn’t there...of course. Then she told me my appt was at 1pm, which I screenshotted on my phone was 2pm and I told my sister in case I forgot. She insulted my intelligence with that one because the booking doesn’t lie. Then after inspecting my hair she told me I needed a relaxer, (my hair is relaxed post 2 weeks), but I saw
