I am extremely disappointed with my facial today. I booked an hour-long session to feel refreshed and get the attention that my skin needs. Instead, I walked out of the place with knicks all over my face after dermaplaning. The esthetician let me know before I left the room, but the cuts have become redder and more noticeable over time. I have had dermaplaning done elsewhere before, and I have never left a facial like this. The technique didn't feel right, and my face clearly shows it. Moreover, I wanted to learn more about the chemical peels offered, since the ones I've had in the past had a week-long downtime, but I wasn't interested in anything that strong this time around. Went in for my first facial & left with a membership! Elle was so kind and extremely welcoming from the start! Miss Queen Bee was absolutely amazing from start to finish I immediately felt comfortable the moment I laid down, she was so kind, funny, thoughtful, and such a character! She throughly explained everything she put on my face and targeted all my problems and gave me the exact products to help my skin, I have never felt so clean and refreshed! This was my first facial at Glowbar and my first facial in over 20 years. Everything from check-in, including the kind young lady at the front desk to the facial itself was fantastic. I had never had a peel or derma planing before and was nervous. Bee, my aesthetician put me completely at ease. She explained each part of the process to me allaying any concerns I might have. She made each part a really positive experience and I could not believe how wonderful my skin looked after just 30 minutes. Thank you again Bee! I will definitely be back to see you soon.

I’ve been twice now, both times with Myiesha. She’s so wonderful! She makes the appointments fun and relaxing, all while providing really excellent skincare advice. Already my skin has vastly improved and really has been glowing lately!
