Glowbar W100th

It is my first time getting a facial in a professional setting. I'm glad I went to GlowBar @ 100th street. The front desk receptionist was very warm and kind - as well as informative - keeping in mind small details like where the restroom is located. Facial was done by Vanessa - who is also very calm and warm. I really appreciate how Vanessa told me what was coming next - especially as a first timer. Letting me know if something was warm/hot. What I may feel. Vanessa also took the time to create a sort of prescription for me to follow at home - as well as explaining my face to me. Thank you to the staff there!

Warning: this place has a doorbell! Didn’t know that til I got there but not a big deal. The team there all seem really nice and the ladies helping me while I was there definitely were! Each member of the team that I interacted with was very thorough with going through the steps of the appointment. My esthetician, Amanda, was very nice and explained all the services she was going to perform and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Just had my first facial - Amanda was so wonderful and knowledgeable. She listened to all my skin concerns and took them into consideration. I told her I had an event that night, so she made sure to do only gentle hydrating procedures that would look good later on when I would have a full face of makeup!

Absolutely amazing experience! My skin has gotten so much better since coming here (I have acne prone skin and hyperpigmentation). My skin has completely transformed. Annette and Emily are AMAZING! Very grateful and thankful to them both!

Yesterday I enjoyed a first visit to Glow bar on Columbus Avenue @ near - 100th Street. The clean and vibrant no frills environment and cheerful greeting staff. The routine is lovely: start with washing your face. Immediately, I loved the 'feel' of their face wash product, a lathering that felt so good at the large sink, complete with facial towel. The private treatment room was cozy, the esthetician, attentive and gentle. She evaluated my current needs then we proceeded with the hot towel, oh! how wonderful. Next, I enjoyed a peel, a couple of masks, some light therapy, and deep cleaning where needed. I was so relaxed, meditative, by the finish. My face felt hydrated, nourished, fresh, and when I looked in the mirror, I was glowing! The price point is brilliant to make this an affordable
