I have been seeing Emily for a few years now, and absolutely love my hair every time. Emily is a breath of fresh air. She’s so full of life and happiness, and makes coming to my appointment such a warm experience. The environment they have created at Glow is very calm and relaxing, I never want to leave. I love the complimentary head and neck massages, and drinks! Thank you Emily and Glow for a wonderful experience, each and every time.

Ease of scheduling. I like checking in and paying downstairs with a real live person. Communication is good from the time the appointment is made with messages that include the location's address, phone number, options for changing or canceling, rules for resolving any issues within a timeframe, and follow up appointment options. The heated head rests at the sinks make for a pleasant experience. The stylist walked me downstairs upon completion and tips are optional. These are some reasons why I chose to give a 10 to you.

Worst experience of my entire life. I’ve asked her before she washed my hair not to aply shampo at my ends and she just ignored my request. Besides that they are not able to wash hair properly. And the part of the brushing was even worse. I’ve showed her a picture of what I want. Just an easy blowout with the ends turned inside. When she was doing my hair I was getting something else. I told her like it’s too much of curl and when I tried to fix it my self she told me to wait. She did not brush my hair out and created so many breakage and hair fall out by pulling like crazy. She could clearly tell I was in pain and she could not even say sorry for doing so. And all of this for 120 Dh? No. Waist of time and waist of money. Never coming back.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Kristen at Glow Studios! She is incredibly talented, professional, and detail-oriented. My hair has never looked this good...the color is perfect, the style is gorgeous, and the confidence boost is real. We appreciate Emily's time, talent and kindness. She's so patient with Will as he is learning how to communicate needs/wants/questions about his hair, while in his moody teen era. She’s so pleasant and funny and above all he is comfortable talking with her.
