Gnagna African Hair Braiding

I went there yesterday and asked if I can get service to my boho braids, I spoke to someone on the phone and she assured me she can be there today. I rushed there to find she was not there, the two other "women" were standoffish and rude. She told me to wait I did then 5 minutes later she shoves a phone in my face saying they can't do it because they're closing. You don't have to show me twice piss poor customer service. I'd never go in that place again!

My first few experiences there were amazing, I believe it was because of the owner. She was friendly, respectfully and always did my hair with care. When she no longer worked there, the woman that supersede her was the complete opposite. She is rude, unprofessional and lack basic manners. It is unfortunate to see someone in customer service treat paying customers like beggars. Would not recommend.

I've been getting my hair braided there for almost 30 years. I use to live in Brooklyn I now live almost 2 hours away and still go there to have my hair done. I think that's all I need to say. I love this place.

12/15/22 Thursday! Asked for box braids with my own hair price? She said $60! She was working on a woman’s head. I left n returned. She say you want it washed? That’s addl $20. I was like FOH. Stop tryna slick black American women with craziness. We have enough. I left n told her; I slap your review page heifer! Dang

It was a very long day. I did box braids to waist length, and it was pinky finger size. I was in there all day, but the end result was great. I have went to them before, and will continue to go. My hair is neat and very well done. I'm happy with the end result.
