When I first heard about them, they were good. Good customer service. The owner was even nicer than she is now. The girl who braided my is like straight trash. I got my hair braided 2 weeks ago and my braids been sliding off. I paid 160 for something I really could’ve did myself but I had last minute event. Never going back.

My 1st time here horrible I ask for box braids she don’t know what she doing I was not happy 1st she Told me price was 140 150 then when she finish she says 180

They didn't want to do the style I wanted or they should have said they didn't know how. The lady gripped my edges even when asked not to and my edges came out. She didn't do my braids tight, after one week my back braid slid half way out. She even charged me $120 for large lemonade braids that stopped at my elbow. Will never return and don't encourage others too either.
