I had the worst experience. She ran out of time with my hair and told me that getting my hair curled was extra charge (unheard of). I asked to come back so she could finish my hair and she said she was fully booked until the following week. I had to pay another stylist to fix her work. The worst part is she wanted me to pay in advance of arriving which I should have realized was a red flag. I’ve never had a stylist ask for payment in full before doing my hair. Finally, at the end she refused to take a credit card for payment and insisted on holding my ID for me to go 3 doors down to the ATM. Leanna seems like a nice lady but the business policy’s and practices are giving unprofessional hood vibes. Don’t let the IG fool you like it did me. Take your money elsewhere.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gold Label Salon! Leanna styled my daughter’s hair for prom, and the results were absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we walked in, Leanna made us feel at ease with her warm energy and attention to detail. She took the time to understand exactly what my daughter envisioned and brought it to life even more beautifully than we imagined. The style was elegant, timeless, and held perfectly all night—through dancing, photos, and everything in between. Leanna’s talent is unmatched, and her passion for her craft truly shines through. I always leave the chair in love! The time and energy that is put into my hair is amazing. Leanna has growing hands! I always end up cutting my hair but it goes back so fast. Best Philly hairstylist hands down.

LeAnna did an amazing job per usual, I get all my natural hair coloring done by her and this time for a trip I got 4 deep wave bundles and a closures and the install did exactly what it was supposed to do…look natural and beautiful…she also gave me instructions on how to maintain it. I love the hair and definitely recommend her services and hair
