I had a truly disappointing experience at this store. I typically avoid this place because they’re always outdated and rarely have anything in stock—but I was in a rush and decided to give it one last try. Big mistake. I came in looking for gold jewelry for an event and politely asked, “Where is your gold jewelry?” The owner responded with a snarky, condescending “Maybe in the clear cases,” while slouched over the register like he couldn’t be bothered. That was the first red flag, but I let it slide, assuming he might just be having a bad day. After looking through the cases and finding nothing, I noticed a gold necklace tucked behind others in a display that didn’t rotate. The price tag was flipped, so I couldn’t see the cost. I go here often. The girl at the register is very nice and knowledgeable about their products. Sometimes they don't have the things I'm looking for but overall they're great. I will continue to shop there

I go here all the time becuz I live close by. Everytime I come in they are sweet to me. There was an incident where a man followed me into the store. The store owner treated me like a little sister. The woman comforted me while I was terrified. They made sure I stayed in the store and called the police. He went out and kept eyes on the man and stayed with me while I spoke to the cops. Idc about anyone else's experience but MINE is ALWAYS great and was before the incident as well.

The OWNER was VERY unprofessional and rude. And the girl at the cash register they was very disrespects the people who put money into HIS store. I will never put money into this store ever again.

They are very rude and unprofessional. They follow you around in that little store. They barely have a good supply of stuff. The man that be at the counter always has an attitude and the older lady who does the wigs is very rude. Will not shop here again.
