If I could give them -5 stars I would. The new owners are rude and snotty to paying customers. While I understand that this city is the way it is, with thieves and such, I know that they full well know the difference between a thief and someone who is actually shopping. I enjoy walking in the beauty supply store and browsing, even on the days when I know exactly what I came for. The little Hispanic girl will follow you and peep through the rows, as well as the short round gentleman. There is nothing I need so badly that I will allow myself to be treated like a common thief for. Save your coin. Consider a different establishment that will give respect upon entering.

I got there 20 minutes before closing and they wouldn't let me in , saying they were closed at 5.40 pm . Want do business with them again

The closing hours reflect 8, however they begin rushing you out at 7:40 stating the they are closed. The last few times I shopped, they seemingly only had my selection on the doll head and none that were freshly packaged. That said, I will only come to this store as a last resort.

An incredibly horrible and deceptive experience. I’m giving a very low rating because I was completely deceived into buying extensions for length which were actually sold at my own hair length. They told me it would add length, at least 6 inches, but instead it ended up being the same exact length as my hair. I wore my hair down to make sure they’d get me the right length, and while they did tell me it wasn’t returnable, they lied and made sure I bought a product just for the sake of their sales. I highly recommend any place besides this, considering the definition of customer service is supposed to be directed towards honesty rather than just making sales. The store is nice enough it’s clean and in order but the staff rushes you and walks on every isle asking repeatedly if they can help you, I guess you can’t just browse finally I just purchased what I had in my hand I won’t shop here again
