Golden Beauty Supply

My review today is based solely off of mis-priced products at this location. This location is convenient when I need something in a hurry, but it seems like every time I visit this store (sometimes twice a week) the prices are different. I also have an issue with products being in the wrong spot…you all should honor the price shown for the products in that space or you should just fix the prices. *photos added*

I recently bought 1 of their wigs, I couldn't try on the one I wanted to buy but one that looked like it, when I got it home I tried it on and it was all matted up in the front at the top it didn't look good at all. I told the owner he said all sales are final for me to call the maker of the wig, I will not buy anything else from that store again. They have bad merchandise, they don't honor their sale. That's why they say "all sales are final" because they know they are defected

Would not recommend. I had a terrible experience here. I wish it was more black owned beauty supply stores in the area. We all need to come together & stopping shopping with these racist individuals. Their attitudes are nasty & their tolerance for African Americans is very low. I would give zero stars if I could.

So..don't go to this store. I purchased a bottle of kids moisturizer. When I took off the top in the store, there was no seal. I didn't think nothing of it. Then, I saw it cheaper at Walmart so I tried to return it the following week with receipt because it's states, "they do exchanges". I never used the product, still in the bag and the older gray guy refused my exchange. He said they only exchange for hair only!! First of all, that's GROSS!!! I would hate to buy some hair that somebody brought back to exchange it for something else!!!! That's like recycling hair and giving it to the next person. Then had the nerve to not ring me up for my purchase and told me to leave. I told him to ring my purchase up and told him id NEVER give him any of my business again!!!! He was RUDE!!! I DON'T REC

The 2 ladies that were working the day I went there couldn't have made me feel anymore comfortable than they did that day!!! I couldn't ask for my first trip to a wig store to have been any better than it did that day! When I left there, I left with my new hair looking and feeling like the most beautiful girl in the world!!! Thank you ladies very much!!!!
