I'm absolutely thrilled with the fantastic time my wife had at the Golden Nail Salon, thanks to the talented owner, Kelly. I decided to surprise her with this visit, and the results were nothing short of amazing. From the moment she stepped into the salon, she was enveloped in an ambiance that radiated beauty and relaxation. Kelly's skills are truly remarkable, evident in the meticulous attention she paid to my wife's nails – they've never looked this stunning before. What really impressed me was Kelly's dedication to understanding my wife's preferences. The personalized approach made the experience feel unique and cherished. One if the best pedicure experiences ever. Last minute before a wedding. I'm from out of town. Didn't know tips must be cash. That deducts points in my book but the service is awesome.

The owner is VERY disrespectful. My sister arrived 10 minutes late and instead of greeting her nicely and trying to accommodate her or explaining that she cannot take her she asks her in a rude tone “why are you late” and made UNNECESSARY comments towards my sister telling my grandmother that she is “spoiled”. Why as an owner would you need to make that comment if you don’t personally know her? LEARN good customer service. She also over charged for my grandma’s services. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this salon if this is how the owner treats people. There’s so many other salons where people will treat you with respect. Unfortunately this (not so) “golden nail salon” is not one of them.
