Golden Nail Spa

I personally got a pedicure from here a little over a week ago. $45 package. It was okay. Still had rough feet when I got home. It was my “push present” from my husband for having a recent birth. Took my daughter, and I am not satisfied with the work. Even if it is regular polish there should be a clean up and a little better prep for the manicure. I might try again in the future, but I think I’ll check out a few more places to get a good comparison.

This was my first time coming to Golden Nails, and I must say the customer service was excellent, but my experience not so much. When I arrived I was greeted right away by the store manager Jack who also happened to be my clinician. He sat me in his seat right away. I was impressed with how friendly and funny Jack was, However his skills left me dissatisfied 😒. Firstly, I showed Jack a very simple inspo pic of a basic set of nails with waterfall glitter on the ring finger. Much to his effort, I was displeased with the turnout. My nails looked nothing like the picture. Secondly, I asked for almond shape and Jack made them ovalish. I had to ask him to make them a little more pointy, to which he replied "stiletto", and I told him no just not oval. Furthermore, during the drilling process he c

I don’t get Lynn this time. I’m trusting this girl to do an in pic. She says she can. I asked her two times. Are you sure you can do it. She said yes and gave me a thumbs up. I don’t know what her name is but run run run. I paid 180 for my nails alone this time plus a $20 tip. go look at the two pictures below. What the heck was that? I got the deluxe pedicure. The massage was cool, but not long enough. Annie's hands were gentle. My nails look good. They upcharge $10 for gel polish. They seem accommodating. Coffee is offered.
