Good Mama Hair Braiding

While the ladies are the sweetest , the quality of work is not good. I did knotless boho twist and my boho pieces are coming out 6 days later. I paid $180. The customer service is good but they have to work on technique. These styles are supposed to last.

I WISH I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS Do not go here. I went in to get short knotless goddess braids. I showed them a video of exactly what i wanted and also brought my own hair. The braids they gave me were not knotless, on top of that the knots were horrible! They didn't even add the extra hair to the braids. They put too much glue on my ends. Some braids they didnt even finish braiding my hair into so theres also glue ON MY HAIR. And they did not give me my money back as well. Do wat you want with this information! And i also want to add that the last photo is 3 braids that i found in the back after only 2 weeks. And i sleep with a scarf AND bonnet every night!

I have been going to Fanta for years. I am upset she has left Harlem, but her new shop is beautiful and so clean and spacious. I am happy for her growth. Whatever style or color I bring to her she'll try it. I have way more pictures but I stop now lol

The whole experience was awful, rough and exhausting. The parting of my hair was rough and hurting my scalp, the amount of gel used was enormous, and the amount of braiding hair used made the braids extremely heavy. When I made my suggestions I was ignored and when she was finished I told her everything I didn’t like about the experience and the owner was loud and unprofessional, when the braided and I walked to the atm I gave her my honest review and when she didn’t like what I said, 5 ladies acted as if they would jump me.
