Good Times Nails & Spa

I had such a great experience at Good Times. I needed a quick soak off and they were my second stop for this service. The 1st place had a 30 minute wait (just for a take off). From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They sat me down and started working on nails immediately. What I enjoyed was no one pressured me into have any more services or constantly asking me to get something else done. I felt comfortable and it was rather quick. The only issue is no one actually soaks off nails anymore but instead uses a drill. I understand this is more efficient but it also destroys your nail bed. For that reason, I will let my nails heal for a month and then get them redone. My nail technician Lina was great

This was my first time getting serviced here and I’m very pleased with my nails! Cindy did a great job and made sure I liked my nails while she was shaping and before I left! She didn’t rush even as they started to get busy which is a huge plus! The salon was very clean and spacious too! I FINALLY found a new nail salon.

I decided to go here because of the positive reviews as I am here out of town for the holidays , besides the fact I just finished semester of nursing school so my nails needed some love! It was not good experience the man who did my nails never spoke to me, but beyond that my nails look like they are lifting , my pedicure resulted in not well cut cuticles and the ones that did get cut are hurting from over cutting. Very disappointed in the service considering I did read the reviews that Cindy was good

The first time I went to this salon I had a great experience . The lady who did my nails was extremely nice, professional , and ensured her services met my standards which they did . I do not live in this area and liked them so much I drove a hour and half to get my nails done again. Today was my second visit . My nails were long and needed a cut down . My nails were cut down extremely short . I came in with coffin nails and expected to leave with coffin nails . Acrylic nails will do not look so great being short with coffin shape . I attempted to get her to fix them by asking her to reshape them . However , she just kept filing them shorter . After painting them , the shape was gone . The paint is extremely thick . I am very disappointed !

I use to drive from Portsmouth for 6 years to their other location for eyelashes now I moved to Richmond and I still drive was driving back to get eyelashes. I won’t be coming back again the last two times I was very disappointed my eyelashes look like fans sticking straight out. I’m so upset because I leave for DR in three days and I requested who I wanted to do my eyelashes and they still gave me someone that mess my eyelashes up. Over 10 years coming (when find something you like you keep coming)here and old location will not be returning. Finding a new eyelash and nail tech. Eyelash should curl like second pic not stick straight out! Update week later gel polish coming off nails only a week old
