Gorgeous Nails

It was a rainy day so I booked a pedicure for my wife and I to relax. When we arrived, we were seated in our chairs. Shoes off, pants rolled up to our knees when Holly started working on my wife's toe nails. I however, sat there for 30 minutes, freezing, until someone came over and started my pedicure. This whole time, Holly is still doing a spectacular job on my wife's nails. The nail tech took maybe 10 minutes on my toe nails and did a half hearted job. I put my shoes on, paid for both of us and left while Holly was finishing up my wife's nails. Both pedicures cost $40. My wife was very happy with her pedicure, however I was treated like a second class afterthought. Needless to say, I will not be visiting Gorgeous Nails in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous and meticulously work that Vu did for my nails. I’ve never experienced having my nails cleaned up from excess acrylic UNDER and the dead skin around my nails carefully removed. The shape and nails overall are beyond perfect. Best part on how affordable this was! Had to recommend my girl friends to come here for sure.

UPDATE- Ann is amazing! She was able to work around my crazy schedule and fix my eyebrows for me. I couldn't be more thankful. See you soon, Ann! Thanks so much for making this wife and mom of 5 feel beautiful again. 1 star is for the nice woman who did my eyebrows and who greeted us upon entering. As someone who's been getting their eyebrows done for over 20yrs, this is the worst wax I have ever received. No shape, no cut down.. no tweezers, nothing. She tweezed something. I paid and tipped as I received a service- but I also am new to the area and look at honest reviews regarding where to go for certain things. Anyone looking for an eyebrow wax, not the place. I can't comment on how well they do nails, although I wish I could have.

I originally wrote this review four years ago, and everything is still just as great—if not better! Since writing my original review, Gorgeous Nails has hired several new nail technicians who are highly professional and extremely skilled. The salon was renovated again within the last year or two, keeping it looking fresh and modern. They continue to prioritize cleanliness, using the latest sterilization techniques. You can actually see them open sanitized tool packages in front of each client, ensuring that only clean tools are used. Over the years, I’ve referred so many people to this salon and will continue to do so as long as I’m in the area. If you’re reading this review, know that I only give five stars when they’re truly deserved. I highly recommend Gorgeous Nails to anyone who hasn’

I had my nails done on 1/23/2022 by a very nice man. He took his time but there was a few things I questioned- it’s now 1/26/2022 and half of my right thumbnail gel has come clean off, there is bubbles, he did not seal any ends of my nails so they immediately started to chip - I did notice as well that he did not use a base coat for the gel and that may be why they started to chip and peel in less than 3 days of having the manicure done. I paid $37 for the rebase and gel color, I gave the man a $10 tip. For $47 I expected these nails to last at least two weeks, if not longer. I just moved to the area and I’m disappointed that this is how my first experience with a nail salon has gone. I do not recommend anyone gets their nails done at Gorgeous Nails.
