not sure why this salon has so many bad reviews. i come here pretty regularly for a gel full set, pedicure, lip and eyebrow waxings. I personally am always satisfied with all of my services. I usually get french tips on my nails and toes, i’ve never had a bad experience. I don’t mind their pricing because the inside is so clean and neat. they offer drinks that are complimentary and have always been kind to me when i’ve come here.

I saw this new nail salon and wanted to give them a shot since my usual salon is out of my way. First impression it was a clean salon and the associates were nice. They didn’t really talk especially my nail lady but she was gentle. I did tips with dip and I asked for natural square round and I feel like a few of them look like that. But she didn’t clean up when she was done I have tons of glue and dip powder left in my skin. She didn’t clean up the cuticles or anything. 65$ for this is a little too pricey. I wanted a pedicure but wasn’t very confident in them after this. I won’t be going back.

I’ve been coming to Gossip Nails for regular fill ins and pedicures for a year now. Everyone there is great. I see Hyuen the most. She takes great pride in her work and pays great attention to detail. I’ve never not been 100% satisfied with my nails.

I wish I could give no stars actually. I hate to leave reviews like this but I left HIGHLY unsatisfied with NO nails. Not sure who I was working with as I’m visiting SC for Mother’s Day and came in on a whim. Firstly, beautiful salon - nice and clean! Wait was average for a shop, but the service was less than bad, it was awful. I went in with a design in mind and old nails that needed to be taken off. When I sat down to take off, they did not soak, they used a nail tip to rip them off which I do not like. It is $15 for a take off, little pricey but okay. For a full set and design which I will show in the photos, it was $130!!!! I live in Atlanta and I don’t even pay that and it’s not including feet. I ended up just asking for a natural acrylic and top coat because I refuse to pay that much

WARNING: Do not go here. They burned my eyelids during a service, and when I confronted them about it, their response was not an apology but, “You can visit a doctor.” This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. They clearly don’t care about their customers’ health or well-being. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
