This was my first time visiting this salon on a Saturday, and I was very impressed! The space is super clean, professional, and relaxing. I got a gel no-chip pedicure, and although I forgot my technician’s name, she was incredibly friendly and paid close attention to detail. My toes look amazing! They also have a wide variety of colors to choose from, which made it easy to find the perfect shade. I’m very pleased with the service — this place is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend checking it out!

January 2022 Edit: I went to get a gel mani 2 weeks ago. I went to my regular nail tech Anna (she left a few years ago but came back. Another note: Tatiana is no longer here, so I recommend Anna or Annie - both are flawless). When removing my previous gel, Anna even asked me if she did my gel or if I did it. Then at the end of my appointment they charged me an extra $5 for removing my gel, “because I did it myself.” Absolutely ridiculous. Do you charge $2 to remove regular polish if someone “did it themselves?” No, because that’s absurd. I have been a regular and loyal customer since spring 2016. I called ahead about a last-minute walk-in for a french pedicure and they were able to fit me into their schedule. Facility is warm, clean, and inviting. Staff are just the right amount of attentive, without being overbearing (I'm not one who loves chitchat during a service, and had a lovely peaceful time). Sarah was wonderful to work with, as well as Annie and Grace. Would definitely recommend and come again!

This is one of those places where you feel like visiting an old friend. The entire staff is so welcoming and kind.. From practical perspective, after almost 3 weeks of getting a non chip manicure my nails look AMAZING. I guess when you put heart into your work it becomes an art :-) I'm coming back today for manicure and pedicure and I know I'll have a great time. Grace lost me as a customer. Service and equipment has gone downhill quickly over the last year. Techs are not trained, and two of the pedicure chairs are broken and uncomfortable. They have only two experienced techs (including Grace) - the rest have been a revolving door. I was treated so poorly by a tech recently that I almost walked out. Grace witnessed the whole thing and did nothing. Shameful behavior for a local small business owner. Anyone have a good recommendation for a new salon?
