I've been a loyal customer of Grace Nails for years, and my mom and I absolutely love their services. The staff always takes the time to fully understand my requests, ensuring my nails turn out beautifully every time. I'm particularly fond of their chrome options-they always look stunning!

Grace Nails is my and my daughter’s absolute favorite nail place and has been for years. Every once in a while we will visit somewhere else with a friend or while on vacation and always say we won’t go anywhere but Grace again 😂 Everyone who works there is so kind and attentive and does a great job. Always very clean!

I love it here! The staff is very friendly and very appreciative of your business. Their customer service is the best. I get SNS every 2-3 weeks. I've been a customer on and off for about 10 years, and I've never had a problem that they were not willing to make right!

Ann was great, very attentive and informative...this one star is no offense to her but the guy is terrible and definitely needs to work on his customer service skills. Charged an extra $3 because I asked for a liner for the bowl which I found both crazy and unsanitary because post Covid that has become a normal practice at salons everywhere so to charge for it smh and when asked about it he was very rude. Unacceptable!

I got sns powder on my real nails. I went in and asked if the lady could do the design I wanted she said yes so we started. At first things were good until it came to the design part she couldn’t do it so I decided to just get a basic white. She uses gel nail polish on top on the sns and I’ve been to other salon that don’t do that because it can crack the sns. When I ask for sns she says it’ll cost me more even though it’s her fault I had to get the white nails. I had class afterwards so I was like whatever, I paid and left. Knowing very well these nails wouldn’t last me long and that they were awful. I didn’t even argue about the price which was very high for a basic white sns nails. Mind you it’s my real nails, I use sns to grow my nails. Anyways 1 week later and the gel polish she put o
