I'm a stylist who recently began shopping at this beauty supply because of the convenience of my new shop location. I inquired about a stylist discount to the cashier and the owner guy rudely butted in our conversation and said we haven't given discounts in 10 years. Then he says I keep asking about a discount every time I come. And I explained that I just started shopping here and I've never asked before. He swore he knew me and said he remembers EVERYONE that comes to his store and he told me already and stop asking.
