Grand Nail Salon Cumming

Got an acrylic fill in on my French tip nails. Stopped the man doing my nails in the middle of filling them and told him that you could see through to my old nail. He said the polish would cover it. I asked if he was sure and said I would rather him paint them a different color if you were going to be able to see through them to the old set. He assured me you wouldn’t. See photo of how they turned out. Then got charged $75 for a fill in, when the price online is listed as $45. Do not recommend.

I asked for SNS and they gave me gel instead.One of the nails popped off within a day so I went back to get it fixed and they couldn’t even make it the same color so I had to have mismatched nails for my birthday. All the nails popped off within 4 days. I’ve had Walmart press ons last longer.

Several great nail techs here which I feel is hard to find at other salons! I love getting both manis and pedis. My go-to's are 405 or bubble bath SNS manicure and gel polish pedicure. 🙌🏼 My mom, both sisters, and my daughters have all accompanied me several times. The SNS french tip is also beautiful! 🤌🏼

Somehow, a $45 pedicure was $75 when I got to the register to pay. I could not get a reasonable explaination for all of the upcharges. The pedicure was decent and I have been trying to find a better salon, but this one will not be it. Be cautious of all of the secret upcharges at this place!

The past 3 or 4 times I have went there I have asked for SNS french tips, 4 different nail techs gave me gel french tips even though I asked for SNS. With them giving me gel, they break within a week. I’ve gone and gotten them fixed and nothing changes. I’ve put so much money into this place to have such a bad experience it is crazy. They charge so much for such cheaply done nails. Adding this onto my review: I went to another nail salon and I have a spot on my thumbnail under my nail. The nail salon I went to asked me what that was I told them that I had asked my last nail salon (Grand Nails) what it was and they told me not to worry about it. Well it is actually a fungus that has been growing under my nail, and this nail salon told me not to worry about this fungus.
