I love Grand Nail Salon on Custer!It was my first visit and I absolutely love the customer service. The manager, Tu, greeted my friend and I and took time to actually listen to our needs. He offered us drinks and sat down to soak nails as we waited for our stylists. The vibe is relaxed, not rushed, professional, warm, and friendly.I highly recommend Grand Nail Salon on Custer to those seeking a high end salon with outstanding customer service, and reasonably priced services! I will be returning for my pampering needs! Thank you Lily, you are amazing, I love my nails!

I’ve been searching for a nail salon like Grand Nail for a long time, and I’m so glad I found them! The technicians were professional, detail-oriented, and truly skilled. I left feeling pampered and so happy with the results. Highly recommend! Ask for Hannah for manicure and Ben for pedicure. You'll thank me later.

I got the classic manicure at the salon without any polish because I just wanted my cuticles trimmed so that I could apply these press ons at home. They used a machine to drill away my cuticles. I told them several times that I was in pain. I could tell that they were drilling past my dead skin and into my actual skin. The woman refused to acknowledge how I felt and continued to drill using the machine. After she was done, I started bleeding so much from my left ring finger and pinky finger. My right middle finger and pinky finger began bleeding too. She put some antiseptic on it after I complained about the pain. It’s been 3 days, and it still hurts all the time. It’s completely red and inflamed at my nail bed because of the trimming. You can see there is dark red scabs where they cut

This was my first time coming here and immediately when I walked in, there was nobody to be seen. I’m getting my nails done and as I noticed this lady is being really rough and it looks like she’s rushing. I asked her to do simple Cheetah print and when she didn’t do with the right color that I had asked, she had an attitude and took it right off and then refused to do it again Walking away, telling me she’s not doing my nails. I personally feel like I was disrespected because of how I was being treated luckily one of her coworkers next to her was able to make my nails look manageable Considering the lady that was doing, mine, walked away and left me with a blank canvas and told me she was gonna charge me, but she wasn’t doing anything to my nails. Literally… ruined my nails. I’ll explain- I use GEL, the only 3x I’ve visited this salon, they have removed my old GEL with the nail drill that shaves off not only the gel but my nail bed… leaving my nail weak. I have ALWAYS HAD STRONG NAILS. They also are not careful and have burned my skin when removing the gel. Beautifully decorated shop but that’s not enough for me to return. I PREFER them to take some time and use the acetone with aluminum but that would mean patience… something they dont have. : (
