Grand Nails

This place is the best! I like Thuy Nguyen (Tina) a lot,actually I am her customer for 10+ years! Her pedicure and manicure work is the best in Chicago in specially her pedicure! You need to try it to see if I am right! Thank you Thuy Nguyen for our friendship of 15+ years!

For starters….Michael is the absolute best!!! I got a full set done at Grand Nails and was really disappointed. Within just a couple of days, four nails popped off while I was washing my hands—no rough use or anything. I went back to have them fixed and still had to pay again, which felt unfair given how quickly they fell off. Also, every time I go in and ask to add a foot massage to my pedicure (and I’m willing to pay extra), the staff either refuses or acts like it’s too much trouble. It’s frustrating when you’re a paying customer trying to enjoy some self-care, and they don’t seem interested in going the extra mile. Not sure I’ll be returning.

Came here around 4pm on a Friday and didn’t get seated in a chair until 5:30pm. So it was definitely quite a wait. Me and my girl came here together for the first time; she got acrylic and I got gel/no-chip. The girl that did the friends nails completely messed up the length and the shape of her nails. She was a little upset bc she had to tell her that they were different lengths on both hands. But my nails came out pretty good. One of my nails cracked and the other girl did a pretty nice job evening it all out and making them look symmetrical. I wonder how long they will stay on but I am satisfied with my results. I had a very disappointing experience at this nail shop for the 2nd time . The worker who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the start, their attitude was unpleasant, and it felt like they were frustrated the entire time. Instead of making me feel comfortable, the service felt rushed, as if they just wanted to get it over with. I come to a nail salon to relax and enjoy the experience, but this was the exact opposite. For the price and time spent, I expected better customer service and care. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place based on my experience. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.

Beautiful local nail salon been going here since I moved to the neighborhood friendly and professional staff and they provide great services very neat and clean
