Grand Nails Lounge

Strangest and most uncomfortable salon experience of my life just this week. I came into my neighborhood nail shop for a manicure. No appointment. There was a woman with a very sour expression who was going to give me a manicure, they said her name was Helen. I sat down and told her I wanted just a simple manicure. She immediately got a hostile look on her face, tossed a towel on the table in front of me. Said nothing. I sat for a little while, a little surprised. She said nothing. Continued to give me a hard and uncomfortable stare. Anyone can have a bad day, but this was anger and disdain and had nothing to do with a bad day. I love Grand Nails! I first went there because the parking is so much easier than where I used go, but that was a year ago and now they treat me like I’m family. Skylar and Minh are AMAZING! They’ve got a customer for life!

We had an amazing experience. We had volcano spa pedicures that were so relaxing and enjoyable. We then treated ourselves to a dip mani and loved it. My daughter and I will definitely be back.

I took my friend there for her birthday and treated her to a pedicure. When you walk in the ambience is so relaxing. Everything is really organized and clean. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and offered help in choosing colors. We were offered water, Wine or a soda, which was really nice. The two guys that did our pedicures were very professional and did an AMAZING job! We have been to many places in Tallahassee & this was BY FAR the BEST experience we’ve ever had! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! TEN STARS!!!

Yumi is the best. I love the cat eye nails that she recommended. It is very unique. Her service is gentle and professional.
