This was my first visit to this salon. The atmosphere is nice the store is clean. My issue is with the finished product and the process. I got a gel manicure. The tech was nice ( A male) but he was very rough. He kept sticking me with the cuticle cutter (going too fast and not paying attention) and when he used the emory board after the gel set he kept digging into my skin. I yelled in pain flinching several times but he kept doing it. Finally I just pulled my hand away. Lastly, the polish isn't even covering the nails. You can see the whites of my nails as if they were done a week ago and started growing out. I am very disappointed with the results of this service. Not sure I will return and if I do it will not be him.
This is my 3rd time coming and I loooove this place! My favorite nail artist is LINDY she’s the bestt🤩 she super delicate, 99% of nails artist always would make my cuticles bleed and she has never made me bleed. Her attention to the details is amazing. I used to have little girl nails, they’ll never grow until Lindy start taking care of my nails. I’m so happy with her work. The environment is nice, really calm and relaxing✨ 1st picture was the first time I went (Lindy💖) 2nd picture second time (John did them) 3rd/4th picture were my 3rd time (Lindy💖)
Last time I came here the French was too thick the whole thing was done wrong. When I came in today the lady even asked me if I did my own nails at home, so even she was shocked with the job done. I thought today would be better since she saw what was done before at the same salon. But then she went ahead and made her own color when I had chosen my blue because apparently it was “too light” but actually looked nothing like what she did, my color was almost gray blue. Then to make it worst as she went the colors kept changing as she kept adding more white. Then she didn’t even do another layer so it looks like it has streaks. Last thing she wasn’t going to put a base coat because my nail was “already pink” I don’t know who wants a mat nail and blue French. Well this is my last time coming h
Absolutely horrible experience. Don't be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews from around 2 months ago during their "grand re-opening" and do not be fooled by the pretty aesthics of the salon. it looks "grand" but not all the techs are experienced. The "owner's son" was my "tech" (he was obviously very inexperienced). Got dip powder which normally lasts me 4+ weeks. He DID NOT use the drill after the powder was applied. Not only were they LUMPY, they all started to lift and crack within a few days. Went back in to show lumpiness and ask why he didn't file/smooth with drill (this needs to be done with acrylic or powder around the cuticle or they will lift) he said "i definitely did", i said no you definitely didn't! i know he didn't because i called my friend right after and said "that was s
The small, family-run salon I went to for 15 years closed earlier this year and I went six months without a professional pedi. I am very picky about nail salons as I don’t really enjoy the process. It’s somewhat uncomfortable for me and I am sensitive to pain. I have had bad experiences at other salons over the years and am cautious about where I go. My friend recommended Grand Nails. She followed several technicians who joined Grand Nails a few years ago. My first mani/pedi with Ca was fantastic. She was gentle, conscientious, and precise. I don’t usually get a mani because I do regular polish and it usually chips within the first week. Ca’s manicure lasted over two weeks before I needed to remove the polish. Her shaping and cuticle work are still beautiful a month later. Last week I r
