Cindy did a great job and provided great customer service. Salon is very nice. Manager is very professional and accommodating.

I’m not sure how this salon has good reviews but I’m regretting taking a chance and going here rather than driving across town to my normal salon. My mom and I got liquid gel, full set. My mom’s nails were beautiful. Her tech took the time to sculpt the liquid gel perfectly so the nail looks natural. My tech rushed through the entire process. I sat down 10 minutes after my mom’s and was finished 5 minutes before her. The nail tech made my nails bumpy, no apex at all. And majority of the nails are flat and over filed for the almond shape, making them look even worse. Liquid gel is not something you RUSH through because you have to create a shape to the nail that regular gel X extensions do for you. I received a mani pedi combo, the man did a terrible job painting my nails. He didn't even trim all of my toe nails. I also thought they were very unfriendly.

!!EXTREMELY!!!unprofessional and concerning experience. I contacted this salon with a simple question and was abruptly hung up on mid-sentence. No explanation, no courtesy, no follow-up. That alone shows a lack of basic professionalism. What is more troubling is that this salon consistently refuses to accommodate women who request female technicians, even when the request is clearly stated to be for religious reasons. The response given is simply “men only,” with no effort to offer alternatives or show any understanding or respect. For many women, religious and personal boundaries are not optional preferences — they are essential. A nail salon should be a space where clients feel respected, safe, and heard. Lyle is just AMAZING! My pedi and my liquid gel with design always makes me happy. She's NEVER made me unhappy. My liquid gel is over my natural nail (with the exception of 1 poor broken nail) and Lyle has helped me care for my nails for a couple of years. Mine is a little more expensive at times because I add extras
