Cassidy is great, I have no idea what I’m doing with my hair and she has helped me and answered questions. I have only been a few times to this salon, but left feeling confident and loved my hair. Also want to say Sterling is great as well, she also did amazing and was just as helpful. They both are amazing and I always get so many compliments afterwards. Highly recommend plus the salon is so cute!

What a cute location!! Booking an appointment was SO easy, the location was in a great area with tons of parking, everything was streamlined using phones, and Mara was such a nice stylist! She gave me everything I asked for and provided excellent customer service when I forgot to mention a treatment I was planning on getting. She did an amazing job at cutting/styling my hair- highly recommend her if you're looking for a haircut! :)

Grand Noir Salon blew me away. It's a chic and modern salon. They have THEE most comfortable shampoo bowl seating I've ever experienced. I was so comfy I almost fell asleep during my scalp treatment. GNS is throwing out a super classy vibe. I also LOVE that gratuity is included in the cost of your service. The online booking system is also great - makes it quick and easy to make an appointment. Grand Noir Salon is officially my new salon. About my stylist, Olivia 💗 She was fabulous! Olivia was super friendly and knew her stuff. She walked me through how to manage and style my hair. I've never worn it curly before, and Olivia took the time to give me a full lesson in curl care. She answered all my questions and gave some awesome advice. I had such a great experience with Jordan! She did an amazing job on my hair, exactly what I wanted and even better than I pictured. She really listened and made sure everything felt personalized to me. The salon itself is so cute, clean, and modern, which made the whole appointment feel elevated but still comfortable. The entire experience was completely stress-free and relaxed. I’ll definitely be back!
