Grand Spa & Nail

My daughter and I went in for pedicures and manicures with gel polish. Her manicure and both of our pedicures turned out great. However, my manicure was very disappointing, as it looks like it was done by a child. My nails are unevenly shaped, there are areas with no polish, and there is polish on my cuticles and fingers. I expected much better quality, especially for the cost.

I got a full set haven’t had them a week and a half missing 3 nails already. Very over priced I ask for medium length coffin shaped with a v french tip….she said she couldn’t do long, didn’t know how to do the v french so I settled for regular french. None of my nails were shaped correctly. I had about three different shapes on both hands.I asked for a simple design considering I didn’t get what I come in for. She then tells me it’s too late and she can’t do that, mind you it’s 3 o’clock in the afternoon. If you’re in a nail shop and can’t fulfill, your clients needs ask someone else in the shop that knows how to do what that client wants or just plainly say I’m sorry I can’t do that for you. Maybe another shop can. My nails look like shit!!!! Then got mad because I didn’t tip them ma’am y

I love getting my nails done here. Sarin is the best. My nails look great each time and I feel relaxed during my appointment. They have great color selections.

My mom and I had a walk-in appointment today for manicures and pedicures. We received outstanding service!! All of the nail technicians were extremely kind, funny, informative, and welcoming. Our nails were picture perfect and they were extremely gentle while working on them. We would highly recommend this nail salon!!

I keep my nails short. Going on a trip and wanted French gel mani and wala they pulled it off. I also have ingrown nails to both my big toes which I try and manage but they took care of expertly and my pedi is perfect! It is the only place I trust in Denver NC
