Grandlux Nails Spa of Round Rock

We had a last-minute event and needed to get her nails done quickly, so I brought my wife to Grandlux Nails — and it was such a great decision. Zoe did a beautiful job. The nails were clean, detailed, and elegant. We were very happy with the result.

I have very mixed emotions about my first experience at Grandlux. To start with, the initial nail tech a guy whose name is dont recall was very rude, dismissive and unwilling to accept that he was not the best person for the service I requested. He gave a very half-hearted effort with the pedicure I paid $65 for plus $18 for gel polish and was not able to accomplish the cat-eye look even though it showed available in their color options. He did a very poor job of removing calluses and dry skin as you can see in the attached pictures. During the nail application for my full set I asked for medium length, he gave me long and said I didn't know what I wanted. He cut ny cuticles multiple times on my hands and feet because he was being very rough and aggressive and never let up or apologized

First time visiting from out of town and was very pleasantly surprised at the service and quality. Annie did my manicure she did a great job! I appreciate people who care about the attention to detail while also being quick and mindful of the time. Fast and great quality! Highly recommend

UPDATE: Finally had a chance to go back about 2.5 weeks later and Abby took care of me and got them done great even after that long of a delay. Thank you, I really appreciate it. The green is the new set. It's hard to write this review as I have been coming here for the past 2-3 years. I walked in at 2pm today for just a pedicure and new fullset, I didn't leave till after 5pm. The pedicure was perfect no complaints here. Now for the full set problems. I asked for the 5th picture added the red style ombre with natural pink but instead of red I wanted the 6th picture color blue all done in powder as that is how it's always been done. Btw the 5th and 6th picture where previous sets done at this location. I also requested them to be square shape. The lady started doing my nails only covering

Nothing beats Texas winter like an amazing experience with Ms. Sunny at Grandlux Nails Spa! She is such a personable, kind, and experienced esthetician. Excited to make this my go-to spot for my milk and honey pedicure!
