Great Clips

We walked into this location store today’s afternoon for normal haircut. Hairdresser said they do take walk in appointment, she checked in us and asked us to wait for few minutes but we waited almost over one and half hour and still our turn didn’t come. Hairdressers were taking all the online appointments than walked in appointment. We couldn’t wait more and had to leave. My suggestions is you shouldn’t take walked in appointments if your schedule is so full. Let’s give value to other people time too. Sorry ! We are not returning to your store anymore.

4:45 pm Friday night. Two employees reused service and to work do to personal issues. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They both should be fired. Had To wait an extra 20 minutes. Horrible experience. These employees are very unprofessional. Male and female.

Horrible, went for a haircut and within one week I need another one. Don't waste your time here. Go to a real barbershop.

For the very little hair I have left on my head, Ton does a wonderful job making it look as good as possible. She is a gem.

Does anyone know where Jackie went? She was the best stylist at this location. My kids and I went to her for years! I was away from the area for about a year and when I came back, I found out she left this location and of course no one will let me know where she went. If you know, could you leave a review with her location or maybe even her last name so I can find her if possible?
