Great Clips

I have used Great Clips for years, took a break to go to a beauty school for cut, now back to GCs. I have found a gal who razor cuts my short hair and I love what's happened. Grows out nicely and I dont need a cut as often. Deb at Great Clips Bozeman in Albertsons shopping area.

I paid for 2 haircuts to get $5 off my next haircut through the app. The app did not credit me my $5 off coupon. I would have never got those 2 haircuts without the $5 off promotion. I went for my haircut that was supposed to be $5 off and after proving to great clips employees that I paid for 2 haircuts through the app they refused to give me my $5 off because the faulty app didn’t generate a code. What great clips as a company did is misdemeanor theft. What great clips employees should have done is give me my $5 off or a free haircut for the substantial emotional distress they caused me and their incompetence. To make matters worse a great clips employee checked me in without my permission when I told them I wanted to check in through the app so I could try and get another $5 off coupon.

I felt so welcomed by everyone! I have a unique pronunciation of my name, and they were very accommodating to that although I’ve never been too picky about it. Conversation was easy, and I got exactly the haircut I wanted. The stylist asked what I thought the whole way through the cut so I was involved in the process (I kinda didn’t know what I wanted done) photo is of hair after a few days unbrushed.

This place is cheaper than the other places, but the quality of the haircut is not good all the time. There is only few female hairstylist there who are good enough. Especially all the male hairstylist seems to have no clue about what they’re doing. Two times the male ones cut my hair and both of times it was a disaster. More irritating thing is that they are increasing the prices every time I go there with this inconsistent service. However, one time they allowed me to go there back the next day of my haircut and fixed my hair without any additional cost. I appreciated that a lot. That's why I gave them a high rating.

Akaysha is absolutely the best! She is patient and kind with my son and he looks forward to seeing her. She finds ways to make him comfortable and chats him up so well. Plus she gives the best haircuts and gets creative!
