She didn't know what an undercut fade was and now that I'm home in the mirror I have one of the worst haircuts I've ever had! Both sides are faded completely different! They don't even kind of look the same! I don't understand how you can Google 0-3 undercut fade and it's blatantly evident that's a popular haircut but I was treated terribly for asking for it and questioned on "who said that?" And "what do you mean an under cut fade?" ( She basically threw a tantrum about it and scoffed multiple times) THAT'S NOT MY JOB! This person should not be cutting hair! The last girl to do it was right there and cut my hair just fine but just left and let this lady butcher my hair! That's my experience here!

11.12.24: My friend and I both needed haircuts and visited this Great Clips as it had little to no wait in line according to the website online check in process. So we'll begin there, the online check in website was easy to use ; and you were given store locations closest to you to choose from. It also gave estimated wait times for each location. Our wait time was 10 minutes and took 10 minutes to get there from the point I checked in online. As we walked in, we were greeted and I told them we checked in online. The vibe was pretty chill on this Tuesday. I was up first and had no wait. My friend waited about 5 minutes before it was his turn. MJ was my stylist and she was friendly and did a great job trimming 6 inches off my hair. My friend's stylist was Tiffany and he said she was nice an

Giving a shout out to Nicole and Cristin for the amazing services provided today. I consistently go back to this location for the outstanding customer service, welcoming environment, and friendliness of the entire staff. Never have had a bad experience here and cant imagine I would. I always go back to this location, and if you are looking for a great haircut experience I highly recommend GreatClips Canfield location. Thank you for your hard work. I love my cut!

Every time I go here no matter what I ask for And no matter who I get I get the same dated garbage haircut

I cried all the way home after noticing how aweful his cut ended up being walking behind him in the parking lot. It's an hour and a half wait so I'm not about to go back in and wait again. Didn't grab my receipt and can't remember the name of the stylist. My fault for not checking everything before tipping so big lesson learned. This is absolutely atrocious and a waste of money.
