First off, she called me Maria instead of my actual name. Racist? Who knows. Second, She just doesn't know how to cut hair. I feigned happiness because I hate making people feel bad. I should have just made an appointment at my usual salon. Oh well.

Luba is an amazing hair stylist! I always get a perfect haircut from her and I enjoy our conversations. I highly recommend her!

Came here to get a terrible haircut from the Roseville location fixed. The lady, did a good job touching it up. I believe her name was Terri or started with a T - I was having a pretty bad day and her kindness and small talk was a nice positive change of pace.

The people here don’t listen when you tell them something. My husband just got a hair here, and they didn’t do a single thing he said. He said square off the back of his head instead they rounded it again! He said leave the top long only take off a half inch instead they cut an inch and a half! Didn’t cut his sideburns. This wasn’t his first time going here either. This was his second time! Poor experience.

Staff was friendly. My husband's wallet had fallen out of his pocket without us knowing and the stylist ran out into the parking lot to find us. It was very nice of her
