Great Clips

I was somewhat nervous when I walked into Great Clips on 19th Avenue on a cool November afternoon. I had never been to a barber shop like this before. My mom always cuts my hair, but my situation was desperate. I hadn't gotten a haircut since the semester started! As my hair grew unruly, I was quickly losing my signature style - and aura. When I walked in, I was invited by the helpful staff to get set up. The wait was short - shorter than the 25 minutes they told me as I checked in. It was quite fast for a walk-in. It really only felt like 6 or 7 minutes. Good service so far! When I was called up, I showed the lady who cut my hair a couple of pictures of me in the past when my hair actually looked good. It ended up a bit shorter then I usually get it cut but I’m still thankful for it the great customer service an epic lady who cut my hair it’s so much more manageable for me now

I am very impressed! It had been 4 years since I had gone out to get my hair cut primarily due to other bad haircuts I've had in the past I was hesitant but hopeful. Let me tell you Mona did not disappoint! She whipped my long problem child tresses into shape in no time and did exactly what I was looking for! I am definitely coming back. I had a bad experience today with Hazel and my people rushed through my hair and back talked me the whole time and my staff had to de escalate as I have a disability. Won't be coming back. Did not get who I requested

Excellent haircut as always. I have never been as satisfied with my haircuts as I have been since I started regularly coming to Great Clips. To those who take a star off for the wait, that just shows that you're going to get a good haircut. I would be sus of any place that had immediate openings all the time. Why aren't people going there???
