Great Clips

I’ve been going to Great Clips for several years now. Tina has done a great with my hair. I enjoy talking with her while getting my hair done. 5 star recommendation.

My girlfriend and I came in and got our hair cut and we brought a picture. The lady that cut my hair was wonderful and I give her five stars and a tip! But Tina the woman who cut my girlfriend's hair was rude from the beginning and then chopped her hair two inches shorter than she asked for. When my girlfriend was upset, she takes the cape off of her and throws her hands in the air and said"I don't know what you want from me." I was outside taking a phone call when it occurred so I had already paid for both of our hair cuts and that's why she didn't feel the need to finish or even handle the situation professionally.

Busy with kids back to school. Only 2 stylist working but they were knocking them out and spent quality time with each customers making sure they were happy. Im a truck driver passing through. Love great clips always good cut and service with military discount. This place deserves 6 stars

Just moved to the area from out of state, and was pleasantly surprised that this Fort Smith location was able to access my son's history to know what he likes. My son said the stylist was very friendly, and he got one of the best cuts he's had in a long time.

They did a great job. My baby looks ready for high school. Cut all the long off. I see all these bad comments, but all 3 stylists were awesome.. funny personable. Give them a second chance
