Great Clips

I had a wonderful experience at Great Clips today with Michelle. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with my haircut. I have thinning hair and she was extremely patient, attentive, and understanding of my situation. Rather than just giving a quick cut, she took the time to explain different options, suggest styles that would work best for me, and answer all of my questions with genuine care. What I really appreciated was how calm and professional she was throughout the whole process. She tried different approaches until we found the look that suited me best, and she never rushed. Absolutely horrible. I spoke to the woman giving my son his first hair cut and asked her specifically not to give him a bowl cut. My son had long beautiful hair before she completely butchered it. In the middle of the hair cut I said something to her about how it looked like a bowl cut she insisted she would fix it and made it 10 times worse. Never so much as an apology or anything. Not to mention she took the apron off both of us while my son looked like the picture below. I’ll include before and after. Totally disgusting and no he wasn’t moving non stop the entire time making it too difficult to cut. Even my son didn’t recognize his own reflection. This is just insane.

Will never bring my kids here ever again. Took my daughter here to get a haircut and she started to explain how she wanted. The lady then starts to come through her hair and jumps backs. Tells my daughter I can’t cut your hair you have lice. That’s understandable. Go home my daughter does not have lice. If she didn’t want to cut my daughters hair all had to say was I don’t feel comfortable cutting your hair don’t lie to my kid tell her she has lice and make her cry. NEVER WILL BRING ANY ONE HERE

My hair is thin and was way too long. Stephanie did a great job at making my thin hair look fuller! I got 5" off and she did long layers to give body and fullness! I would highly recommend her.

Making an appointment online was easy and the service was excellent. I was very happy with my hair cut.
