Great Clips

Nicked my child’s ear and tried to blame him saying he must have done it with his nails or that he already had a wound. Like it’s literally fresh. The haircut was terrible, it looked nothing like the picture and instead of being understanding both ladies gave me attitude and basically said not to come back. No worries I definitely won’t bring my money back here.

VERONICA IS SO RAD! I HAVE BEEN GETTING COMPLIMENTS ON MY HAIRCUT ALL DAY. SHE DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. THANX VERONICA!!

Sue Ellen and Veronica are truly amazing individuals. They were very professional and were great to work with while we were in Hot Springs. I would recoommend this salon. They made our whole visit. It meant a lot to us to just have someone take the time to care and caring about people and treating them like you would want to be treated is exactly what we experienced.

I always enjoy my visits to the Great Clips location in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The barbers/beauticians are skilled in cutting my hair just as I request and do so with a pleasant manner and efficiently but not hurried. The facility is managed well, is clean, and conveniently located in a safe and well-maintained strip mall. Lastly, the prices are fair. I recommend this business.

I liked the person cutting my hair and even gave a 25 dollar tip. When I got home and had someone look at the back of my hair and Side better then I cluld in mirror. It was very bad, not strait on sides and in back had patches. I really think worse hair cut ever. Again nice lady she just can't cut hair or didn't like me. I wont ever go back. As my cut was 20 and I gave 25 in tip bit had to have someone fix it and cut most my hair off
