Great Clips

I Have tried to give great clips Juanta the benefit of the doubt but shortly prior to Covid, Kelly at great clips cut my hair. I asked for 2” off and it ended up ring Almost 5” off for her to get the cut even. She “eyeballed” the cut then had to go back several times and cut more off to make it even. It took over a year to grow back. I quit going there until yesterday, which I was hoping they had more professional staff. Unfortunately the girl that cut my hair had to take off 4” rather than the 2” I asked for because she also did not measure and had to keep cutting. Finally I told her no more and went home with one of the Most uneven haircuts I’ve had. Do not go there if you want a decent haircut. This is not a case of you get what you pay for as it was $37 for haircut and wash.

I don’t recommend this place as a place for women to get haircuts. I went once and it was a disaster!!! It was nothingggg like the photo I brought in. I only am giving them 3 stars because they do ok on my son’s haircuts, most of the time that is. We have had issues there as well a few times. Always new employees, so it’s hard to find one you like, that you can return to.These photos are of what I asked for, and what I got LOL- I had no bangs and very long hair, so this cut should not have been too much of an ask.

Kelly has been cutting my hair for years. She is the best! In fact, custmers wait for her to be available instead of going with another stylist.

I went to get a haircut for my 5 year old son. I was helped by a young, rude and arrogant blond guy!!! I showed him the design I wanted and stood next to my son to keep him calm. Before he started cutting his hair, the guy told me to sit down because he couldn't work like that. I went to sit down and when he was almost finished, I approached him and told him to cut his hair shorter, to which he refused, supposedly saying that he couldn't do it anymore. He got my son out of the chair and I told him again that I wanted it shorter because his hair sticks up too much, and he refused to do it. The next time I go there, I don't want him to help me!!! If he isn't professional in customer service, he shouldn't be there!!!

I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Stacy for an absolutely amazing haircut experience! She was not only incredibly skilled but also warm, friendly, and attentive to every detail. I truly appreciated how she listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly—I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. Daisy’s professionalism and positive energy made the entire visit enjoyable from start to finish. She's a true asset to Great Clips, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her.
